If you are able to see the silliness of your bad habit, how it is that you are being whiplashed by your mouth to smoke a cigarette, how you are following orders from an inanimate object to follow it’s will, the longing for a craving that makes you all jittery and silly in front of others and many more…then you are on a path to changing that behavior
Is it necessary to look at the negative habit in a silly way? No but it makes it faster. Because it’s is just like this: do you need a car to go to baguio? No because you can walk towards it but does the car takes you to baguio faster, then the answer is yes
